Sylvain Guintoli replace Capirossi in MotoGP Sachsenring 2011

 
Sylvain Guintoli admitted having difficulty to adapt quickly from Superbike to MotoGP bike at Mugello yesterday undergoing tests.

French rider has ever fully defend Pramac MotoGP team in 2008, WSK will now race in the MotoGP bike again gush after replacing the Italian rider, Loris Capirossi who was sentenced to an absence of two series in the future due to not recover from an injury suffered during qualifying at Assen GP.

In the Mugello test session, Guintoli able to gobble up 87 laps, but still lagged 5 seconds behind Casey Stoner, who recorded the fastest time and the difference in the Pramac 3 seconds with any other rider Randy de Puniet.

"I'm having a lot of trouble, especially the adaptation to the tires. Not easy to gush MotoGP bike after so long not to ride, "said Guintoli.
"Nevertheless I will still continue to learn and to think that this is a rare opportunity to race at the Sachsenring, I should be confident with my bike," he added.

Capirossi injured when Assen GP qualifying and certainly absent Sachsenring July 17 while a week later before Guintoli will race in Brno WSBK series
